Super Polyphenols - Resveratrol
Resveratrol is the most well-known polyphenols. It is well known as the bioactive in red wine. Resveratrol is naturally present in most berries, especially grapes.
Numerous clinical trials provided evidence to support the cognitive benefits of resveratrol. Regular supplementation with low dose resveratrol enhances cognitive and cerebrovascular function, which may translate to a slowing of accelerated cognitive decline due to aging1. Resveratrol supplementation also improved memory performance in older adults2.
Nutrixin® Grape Peel Essence is proven scientifically to provide the optimal amount of resveratrol for promoting and maintaining cognitive functions.
I will talk about another super Polyphenol in my next post.
